Main duties of the job The job is for a Practice Nurse specializing in Long Term Condition Management at Operose Health. The nurse will be stationed at The Potteries Surgery in Reading and will work on permanent conditions. The post offers a flexible working hour range from 25 to 37.5 per week. Qualifications Essential
UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience. Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunizations is required. A good knowledge of the quality outcomes framework is a must.
