Main duties of the job This temporary bank general practitioner role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality clinical care in Horsham during weekends and bank holidays. At Operose Health, you will join a dedicated team striving to improve patient outcomes, access, and overall experience. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering clinical care to patients, striving for quality improvement within the practice, and working closely with the practice team on the operational plan. The ideal candidate will have GMC registration, GP accreditation, a commitment to patient-focused services, and ideally, knowledge of clinical systems like SystmOne or EMISweb. Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
To deliver high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery and to work closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the delivery of the surgeries operational plan. You will strive to maintain qualify within the practice ensuring participation in clinical governance activity and contribute to the improvement in qualify health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework and contributing to the practice achieving other qualify standards to include CQC standards. To provide clinical care to patients as described in the job plan and in line with the total triage model. This will include consultation sessions (both in person and by video), telephone triage, correspondence, results, medication reviews and prescription signing and other clinical administration,safeguarding lead, medicals, reports, home visits, surgery meetings and on-call (excluding out of hours). To adhere to the highest personal and professional standards as set out by the GMC and to put individual patient care as your priority. Working with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support the development, delivery and review of the surgery action plan including list growth, patient satisfaction levels, QOF, enhanced services, KPI targets, resource profile and cost management.Ideal Candidate: What we look for in new colleagues:
Current registration with GMC and NHS performers list and engaged in regular clinical work. An experienced doctor with GP accreditation - MRCGP examination or equivalent experience. Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient focused services. Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and use of appropriate coding. Ideally have a working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb. Package Description: How well support you:

Qualifications Essential
Current registration with GMC and NHS performers list, experienced GP with MRCGP examination or equivalent experience, sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs, and familiarity with clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb.
