It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you’ve made someone’s life better.
Driver licence holder preferred The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends.
Where you will be working
Location: Spring House, Matford Road, Exeter, EX2 4PD. Spring House is a new 6 bed home with individual apartments for people with a learning disability or autism, who are stepping down from a hospital service and is ready to transition into the community for more independent living. This new service will open in March 2021
