The role of a Care Assistant includes providing high-quality personal care and support to residents, assisting with medication, supporting daily living activities, building meaningful relationships, promoting dignity, independence, and well-being, and working as part of a team to deliver outstanding person-centred care. Whether you're listening to residents wonderful life stories, helping with daily routines, or simply being a friendly face, you'll be making a real difference to their lives.

Qualifications Essential
No experience needed full training provided. Compassionate, patient and great with people. Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship). Able to work alternate weekends.
