Advance Practice Provider (NP/PA/CNS): GI Consult Service and OP Clinic II (Nights & Hybrid) II at Ccf. Location: Mayfield Heights or Concord or Mayfield Heights. Role: providing care, ordering tests, educating patients Requirements: Licensed NP/PA/CNS required with BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/ATLS as required by setting. Must be credentialed/privileged and able to prescribe where allowed; MSN required for APRN per policy.
