Role: performing maintenance, preparing apartments, coordinating tasks Requirements: 1+ year general maintenance experience, trade skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.), EPA Type I/II/Universal preferred, own hand tools, must live within 30 minutes, able to lift up to 50 lbs, willing to work weekends/holidays and rotating on-call.
