Role: completing workorders, performing maintenance, preparing apartments Requirements: 1+ year general maintenance/repair experience; trade skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, etc.; EPA Type I/II/Universal preferred; own hand tools; live within 30 minutes; able to lift up to 50 lb; willing to work weekends, holidays, and rotating on-call.
