About this role
The Senior Operations Analyst independently develops and maintains processes, procedures and controls to be utilized by real-time Operations personnel in their performance of SPP operational functions. These processes, procedures and controls are necessary to facilitate job performance in compliance with all applicable governing criteria, standards, tariffs, protocols, business practices and regulations and to ensure a high level of reliable electric service.
