About this role
As a Production Manager/Asset Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned assets across shifts or all assets on one shift. Your primary goal is to drive business performance by reducing waste, improving output, and optimizing labor utilization. You'll lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce scrap, ultimately contributing to lower costs and improved profitability.
