About this role
The Cash Management Operations Specialist is responsible for providing operational support for cash management products and services for established business customers. This position collaborates closely with Cash Management Specialists, Cash Management Sales teams, relationship officers, operations teams, and product managers to support Queensborough cash management products for business customers and prospects. This position coordinates Business Banking accounts and related services in support of Cash Management Sales Team, while delivering timely and professional service to Cash Management customers throughout the bank’s footprint.
