About this role
At VelocityEHS we are very customer focused. As an Associate Onboarding Manger, you will own the critical early phase of the customer lifecycle by onboarding VelocityEHS's clients. Your goal is to help customers efficiently realize the value of their new software, maximizing engagement, and ensuring the ultimate customer experience. This is a customer facing role and one that works cross-functionally with Customer Experience teams. A strong focus on customer lifecycle value, project management, and process will be core to success in this role.
