About this role

Casual // General Office Clerk // 12 hours/week // Waterloo Office // The General Office Clerk is responsible for handling all mail and shipments being sent from the Waterloo Office and handling all mail room processes and procedures. The incumbent is to ensure there are adequate postage and office supplies. They will be responsible for coordinating hospitality requests and supplies; ensuring the kitchen remains tidy and clean. The General Office Clerk is to act as backup support for the Receptionist when needed and provides administrative support as requested by the Office Manager.
