As the Retail and Brand Experience Manager at Cabot’s Waterbury location, you will bring our retail and brand experience to life - driving customer loyalty and sales performance. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you will translate strategic priorities into exceptional in-store execution while sharing real-time insights to strengthen the overall approach. You’ll own the day-to-day experience, leading retail operations and a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and compelling brand storytelling. You will also manage vendor and distributor relationships, execute assortment strategy, and optimize product mix with a focus on Vermont specialty foods, B Corp brands, and farmer-owned products
