About this role
The Village Animal Clinic is looking for new members for our reception team for our popular veterinary practice. Applicants should be experienced in delivering top-notch client service, should enjoy working with the public and their pets, and should be able to work effectively and supportively as a team member. Experience with veterinary practice and strong computer skills are preferred, but attitude, ability, and enthusiasm are our highest priorities. Enjoying a challenge, being able to multitask, and making clients feel important and warmly welcomed are essential personality traits. We offer great career opportunities. Salary range starts at $18.00/hour for entry-level and $24.00 for experienced applicants. We have one full-time position available. Job Duties Include but not limited to:
• Answering phones. • Communicate with clients and doctors. • Scheduling appointments. • Managing digital records. • Invoicing and receiving payments. • Cleaning exam rooms.
