Job Description About the Role We are looking for a motivated and creative Culture Intern to support the Culture team in bringing the Allstar experience to life.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating activities, creating content and supporting internal events. You will assist with onboarding, employee engagement, culture campaigns and wellbeing initiatives that help promote AirAsia’s culture and Allstar values across the Group.
Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and coordinating internal events, including employee engagement activities, team-building sessions, corporate celebrations and wellbeing activations
• Support the Culture onboarding experience for new Allstars, including preparation of materials, session coordination and activity support.
• Help promote AirAsia’s culture and Allstar values through internal campaigns, activities and storytelling.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, audiovisual setup, registration and participant communications.
• Support the development of event and campaign materials, including invitations, posters, presentation slides, programmes and signage.
• Assist with content creation for internal platforms, including simple visuals, captions, videos and engagement posts.
• Work with internal stakeholders and team members to support culture and engagement initiatives.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support for Culture team projects.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field.
• Good organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with different teams.
• Comfortable using Google Suite and Canva.
• Basic content creation skills would be an added advantage.
• Enthusiastic about employee engagement, internal events, culture and people-focused work.
• Willing to learn, take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment.
