About this role
Ylläsjärvi/Rovaniemi Searching for a doghandler/ guide for a 60 alaskan husky kennel. Work language (with customers) is english. You need to be able to come for a trial period checkout the work. In autum we are training dogs in Rovaniemi. For the winter season the kennel moves to Ylläsjärvi and the safaris take place there. The job of the guide is to ensure the wellbeing of the customers, driving instructions and huskytalk. Also dog work, training, kennel cleaning and maintanace. If you are better in some area, we work with that and learn the other. Everything from puppy/dogtraining, to guiding, building and snowmobile skills is considered an advantage. Safaris are driven by a snowmobile. No need for previous experience, but it is an advantage. Drivers licence is required and a good attitude towards work, colleagues, customers and dogs. Accomodation is possible.
