Job Overview: Lea wharf Medical are looking for 2 Call Handler/ Front of House staff to work within our expanding team. We are seeking dedicated individuals to assist in the efficient handling and management of incoming patient calls. As a Call Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our incoming patient communication. you will also be involved in front of house where you will be required to communicate with patients and assist their needs.
Main duties of the job
Duties:
- Handle incoming Telephone calls- Navigate patients to the correct care pathways- Collaborate with team members to provide high quality patient care- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Requirements:- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients.- Ability to work independently- Passion for providing exceptional service and attention to detail.- Patient and understanding demeanour when faced with challenges.- Approachable attitude towards patients
Desired Skills:- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.- Familiarity with handling incoming communications- Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.- Willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
