Description des tâches: 1) Prepare and contribute to proposal application, including budget planning, work package descriptions, Gantt chart and timeline, deliverables, resources optimization, etc. 2) Ensure bid and tender compliance and deliver on time. 3) Provide technical contributions to the tender negotiation process 4) Manage winning projects from tenders as allotted by the management. 5) Work with consortium members through the proposal and bid stage and during the project stage. 6) Project Management of external stakeholders responsible for the delivery of our active institutional projects assigned to you. 7) Contribute and deliver in a timely manner on the work packages allotted to you for different projects. 8) Manage project status reporting to senior management and as well as any project escalations. 9) Continues assessment and management of project risks with an emphasis on impact to company strategy. 10) Developing and implementing new project tracking methodologies in fast-changing environments. 11) Elaborate the Operational and Demo Mission Statements in terms of identification and characterization of the mission needs, expected performance, dependability and safety goals and mission operating constraints with respect to the physical and operational environment and develop the first issue of the functional specifications. 12) Maintain the SRD. 13) Analyze the orbital effects on the mission and optimize the final orbits, taking into account practical considerations. 14) Perform detailed mission analyses to define the orbit and constellation. 15) Investigation regarding the launch possibilities 16) Confirm compliancy to regulations, perform mission analysis, produce subsystems budgets and specifications. 17) Define subsystems specifications and basic design 18) Produce system budgets (link budget, mass budget, power budget .. etc.). 19) Manage industry procurement process and define/oversee all the test and integration activities. 20) Design and develop the operations environment 21) Design and specify the ground segment 22) Troubleshoot space and ground tests and anomalies 23) Analysis of the performance of the system and optimizing that. 24) Identifying problems and investigating their cause in the mission and system, and suggesting solutions. 25) Simulation and tests of the mission and system components in lab or software or hardware or other environments. 26) Writing requirements for the platform and ground segment design and development. 27) Design, analysis, development, simulation, and testing of the space segment. 28) Interfacing with the satellite manufacturer, ground segment and earth station operators, customers, research and government institutes. 29) Coordination and planning of the mission and spacecraft procurement. 30) Participation in customer demo campaigns. 31) Interfacing with the telecom and payload system engineers for payload development. 32) Research and development of algorithms for the spacecraft system. 33) Design of interfaces of the system to other simulators. 34) Proper documentation of all the technology development is a key task of the candidate 35) Regular reporting of the follow-up of tasks.
