Our client within the banking sector is seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to ensure the successful, compliant, and efficient delivery of IT changes into production environments. The role plays a key part in maintaining governance, operational stability, and regulatory compliance while supporting Agile delivery teams. The IT Change Manager acts as the bridge between technology teams, business stakeholders, and governance functions, ensuring that change processes are well-controlled, auditable, and aligned with industry standards and banking regulations. IT Change Governance & Compliance Lead and facilitate IT Change Governance review sessions with Agile squads. Ensure all production changes comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Assess and monitor change risks, impacts, and mitigation actions. Support audit and compliance activities related to change management. Change Management & Delivery Oversight Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end IT change lifecycle. Ensure changes are implemented efficiently while minimizing operational risks. Monitor change effectiveness and continuously improve change management practices. Promote operational resilience and service stability. CI/CD & DevOps Governance Drive and support the adoption of CI/CD practices within regulated environments. Ensure delivery pipelines maintain traceability, auditability, and control. Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives across software delivery processes. Reporting & Analytics Produce and maintain analytical reports and dashboards related to change activities. Analyze trends, incidents, and performance metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders. Stakeholder Management & Training Act as the liaison between technical and business teams. Communicate change-related information clearly to stakeholders. Design and deliver training sessions on change management processes and best practices. Coach Agile squads on governance and compliance requirements. Required Skills & Expertise Must Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in IT Change Management within complex IT environments. Strong knowledge of ITIL Change Management processes and best practices. Experience with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow . Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) . Advanced reporting and analytical skills. Experience working within regulated environments (Banking, Finance, Insurance, etc.). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Should Have / Nice to Have Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of Excel VBA/Macros and reporting automation. Experience with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory controls. Knowledge of release management and deployment processes. ITIL certification or related Change Management certification.
