You manage operational transitions, including the relocation of warehouses, onboarding of third-party logistics providers, and alterations to the distribution network; You develop and sustain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and methods to track progress; You coordinate activities across various departments to guarantee that project milestones are achieved; You identify potential risks and suggest mitigation strategies to ensure seamless operations; You assist in the setup, transfer, or consolidation of warehouse operations to enhance efficiency; You coordinate the transfer of stock between different warehouses or logistics partners; You ensure that warehouse processes align with internal procedures and comply with regulatory standards, including good distribution practices and quality standards; You facilitate meetings, provide regular updates, and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders involved; You maintain thorough project documentation, which includes project plans, risk assessments, and status reports; You oversee the flow of SAP implementation throughout the project lifecycle. Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, Polish, or Dutch viewed as a valuable asset; Possesses a robust understanding of MS Office applications, including Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook; Has extensive experience in utilizing ERP systems, specifically as a user of SAP; Exhibits a solid grasp of logistics software, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Stock Management tools; Is well-versed in the intricacies of pharmaceutical logistics; Brings a proven track record in project management, showcasing a successful background in leading projects; Holds between 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in logistics operations, with a thorough understanding of outsourced warehousing and distribution processes; Possesses a validated background in management, demonstrating effective leadership capabilities.
