We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Bellman to work with our Rooms team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities: Assist guests with luggage, ensuring careful handling and timely delivery to their rooms Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis, shuttles, and valet services Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions Communicate effectively with the front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences Ensure the lobby, entrance, and bell desk areas are clean and presentable Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms Requirements
Min. 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry or large luxury resort At least a high school diploma or equivalent Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings A positive attitude and a team player Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic Good grooming and personal hygiene standards
