Proven DTC Experience: Extensive background working specifically with Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands, understanding the unique pace and needs of the industry.Performance Design Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create high-converting static ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.eCommerce UI/UX Expertise: Experience in designing landing pages tailored for e-commerce, with a deep understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and user flow.Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in editing and updating video content, including motion graphics and the ability to work with raw or existing creative files.Social Media Native: Ability to conceptualize and execute organic social content that aligns with current trends and drives high engagement.Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).Direct Response Knowledge: Understanding of direct response marketing principles and how to translate performance data into creative iterations.Detail-Oriented & Agile: Ability to manage multiple projects for different eCom brands while maintaining high quality and meeting tight deadlines.
