We are currently looking for a Client Success Specialist to join our client, a US-based law firm, in a remote capacity.
As a Client Success Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction by providing excellent support and nurturing strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client service, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the initial inquiry to resolution. - Manage client relationships by responding to inquiries, scheduling consultations, and following up on appointments and billing. - Handle a high volume of communications, including phone calls and emails, while maintaining professionalism and empathy. - Identify and resolve diverse client-related issues, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. - Articulate the firm’s services effectively to potential clients, highlighting how we can best serve them. - De-escalate stressful situations with compassion and a client-focused approach. - Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. - Work independently, manage your time efficiently, and prioritize effectively in a remote work setting. - Adapt to various software, platforms, and tools to enhance client service delivery. Requirements
Experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally within the legal sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust with clients. Ability to manage a diverse set of client inquiries with poise and professionalism. Resume reflecting relevant experience of 1-2 years in a legal or professional services environment.
