Account specific roles & responsibilities:
Manage the complete lifecycle of medical claims, including submission, tracking, follow-up, and resolution Review and submit claims accurately and in a timely manner Investigate, correct, and resubmit rejected or denied claims Analyze claim denials and determine appropriate corrective action Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues and secure reimbursement Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and billing regulations Maintain accurate documentation of claim activity and resolution status Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for claim corrections Requirements
1 - 2 years BPO experience handling a US Healthcare InsuranceGood working knowledge with Medical Billing and CodingExcellent verbal & written English skills Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns Strong problem-solving skills Adaptability to a changing work environment Ability to remain calm under pressure Proficiency in using computer systems & relevant software Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong Amenable working night shift
