Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Accurately enter patient demographics, medical histories, diagnoses, medications, and procedures into electronic health record (EHR) systems. Review and verify data entries to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Cross-check information against source documents and resolve discrepancies in accordance with audit and documentation standards. Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and applicable data privacy regulations. Safeguard the confidentiality and security of patient health information at all times. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and ensure accurate patient records. Identify and report data inconsistencies or missing information for correction.
Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare AccountFamiliar with EHR Tools (Electronic Medical Records)Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.Good verbal and written English skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Willing to work onsite in Buendia, MakatiAmenable working night shiftBenefits
