About this role
Function Operate within a 24/7 support environment , ensuring system availability and reliability. Work in both IT and OT environments , with a strong focus on change management and operational stability. Participate in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT and OT systems. Support day-to-day operational activities within the team. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and technical issues . Provide support to internal users and teams across multiple locations. Profile Fluent in English , with proficiency in Dutch or French . Strong collaboration mindset with the ability to work across different ICT teams. Team player with the ability to work autonomously when required. Flexible and willing to travel occasionally to different locations. Proactive and reliable, with a structured approach to work. Technical Skills Hands-on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint). Basic understanding of networking concepts (routing & switching – CCNA level). Familiarity with Cisco CLI . Experience with Python scripting . Exposure to backend tools such as: Monitoring systems Network Access Control (NAC) Centralized logging (syslog) Authentication systems Exposure to OT environments is a strong plus. Background in Computer Science, Networking, or similar is preferred
