Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Manage budgets, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates. Identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions. Guarantee quality standards and compliance with company processes and methodologies. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager 3 in IT Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello). Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus. Languages: Fluent in French & English OR Dutch & English .
