Would you like to join an international, purpose-driven organisation and contribute to the continuity of its financial operations during the summer period? We are currently looking for a Temporary Finance Assistant to support the team throughout August and ensure the smooth running of ongoing financial activities. Key Responsibilities Follow up on sales invoices and credit notes (invoice creation handled via CRM) Ensure accurate monitoring and maintenance of the accounts receivable (aged balance) Prepare documentation for foreign VAT declarations Support financial reporting for external tax consultants Contribute to the smooth execution of daily financial operations Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in an international environment Degree in accounting or finance (e.g. EPHEC or equivalent) Initial experience in finance/accounting is an asset Fast learner with a proactive mindset Good command of English (spoken and written) Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 Knowledge of Dynamics and/or Business Central is a strong plus Previous experience with ESTRO is an advantage Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and reliability
