About this role
Responsibilities Gather and analyze business, reporting, and analytics requirements from diverse stakeholders. Collaborate with data engineers and architects to define source-to-target mappings and transformation requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework. Support the integration of data from operational systems and flat files into a Databricks environment. Define and document KPIs, business rules, and data quality controls in collaboration with business users. Facilitate workshops between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and prioritization. Requirements 5+ years experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or data analytics roles. 3+ years experience with Power BI reporting and semantic modeling. Experience working with SAP or ERP -related datasets. Experience working within Agile delivery teams. Strong understanding of enterprise data environments and analytics platform architectures. You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. You bring strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a data-oriented mindset. You are proactive and demonstrate a high sense of ownership and collaborative spirit. You are fluent in French or Dutch with at least B1 proficiency in English and a good understanding of the other national language. Nice to Haves Knowledge of Databricks , Lakehouse concepts, or modern cloud-based data platforms. Familiarity with medallion architecture principles.
