About this role
We are looking for a packaging and production technician for our client in Westrozebeke. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of packaging machines to ensure that everything runs optimally and efficiently. Do you strive for results and improvement? A selection of your tasks: You will be responsible for the proper functioning and adjustment of installations in order to guarantee their efficiency and effectiveness. You will receive reports of defects or technical malfunctions and investigate the cause in order to minimise interruptions. In addition, you will carry out minor routine repairs and urgent emergency repairs to ensure that the equipment is always ready for use. You will assist in carrying out preventive maintenance to ensure that machines and installations continue to function optimally and that mechanical and electrical problems are detected before they occur. You will complete administrative formalities to keep track of malfunctions in order to ensure traceability. You will assist in the installation of new equipment, installations or machines to ensure that commissioning runs as smoothly as possible. You have at least an A2 diploma in electromechanics or automation. Initial experience in the industry is desirable but not essential. You can carry out interventions quickly, independently and efficiently. You are willing to work in a two-shift system. School leaver or years of experience in a similar position? Both are eligible!
