Schedule Information: Second Shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) Organizes and prioritizes work effectively during the shift. Provides on-call coverage outside of standard scheduled hours per department requirements. Communicates with manager, supervisor, and facilities staff regarding problems and opportunities. Interprets schematics and plans for maintenance and repair tasks. Provides excellent customer service when interacting with patients, visitors, and other staff members. Selects and requisitions materials and hardware for work completion. Completes preventive maintenance and routine inspections accurately. Recognizes and corrects unsafe practices and conditions. Inspects and repairs Life Safety components, including fire/smoke walls, doors, exit corridors, exit stairs, and chute doors. Performs general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance. Constructs and repairs building woodwork, windows, ceiling tiles, walls, floors, cabinets, countertops, doors, office furniture, and chairs. Maintains work areas in a neat and orderly manner and leaves the general area clean after completing work orders. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
