About the Role:

Identifying and monitoring external funding opportunities aligned to Hartpury’s strategic priorities Preparing clear summaries and recommendations to support bid and no bid decision making Supporting the coordination and preparation of funding applications, including written content, costings, impact statements and quality assurance Working with academic teams, professional services and external partners to gather inputs and ensure timely delivery of bids Maintaining accurate records of bid activity and contributing to progress and strategic reports Contributing to the continuous improvement of external funding processes and templates

About You:

Experience of supporting funding bids, tenders or grant applications The ability to interpret complex guidance and translate it into clear, practical advice Strong written communication skills, with experience drafting structured and persuasive content Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet competing deadlines A collaborative approach and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
