We are hiring a senior-level Amazon Marketplace Manager to strategically scale, optimize, and transform Amazon into a major revenue engine.

This is not a listing maintenance role. This is a channel ownership role.

The Amazon Marketplace Manager will build and execute the long-term Amazon growth strategy — driving revenue expansion, improving profitability, strengthening organic ranking, and elevating storefront experience while protecting brand integrity.

We are specifically looking for someone with internal, brand-side experience scaling large Amazon businesses — not just agency exposure.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth & Channel OwnershipBuild and execute a comprehensive Amazon growth strategyIdentify catalog expansion opportunities and category leadership playsDrive keyword dominance and organic ranking improvementsDevelop revenue forecasts, inventory plans, and promotional calendarsBuild long-term scaling roadmaps aligned with company growth targetsStorefront & Conversion OptimizationLead optimization of product listings (copy, A+ content, imagery, video)Partner with design to improve creative performance and conversion ratesContinuously test and iterate to improve CVR and session growthMaintain a best-in-class branded storefront experienceAdvertising & ProfitabilityOversee Amazon PPC strategy across all campaignsOptimize TACOS, ACOS, and contribution marginAlign paid strategy with organic growth and ranking improvementsEnsure disciplined spend allocation and clear ROI targetsOperational & Cross-Functional AlignmentCoordinate closely with supply chain to prevent stockouts and excess inventoryEnsure pricing, promotions, and positioning align with broader brand strategyImprove reporting visibility and channel-level accountabilityAlign Amazon channel strategy with Ecommerce and Growth teamsTeam LeadershipLead internal Amazon team members and/or agency partnersEstablish clear KPIs and performance benchmarksImprove workflows, reporting cadence, and execution standardsRequirements

Experience leading or managing 9-figure Amazon storefrontsInternal brand-side experience (not solely agency background)Proven history of scaling Amazon revenue while maintaining profitabilityStrong expertise in Amazon SEO, PPC, conversion optimization, and operational planningExperience leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
