About this role
We are seeking a Director of Creative Strategy to own and elevate our brand across every consumer touchpoint.
This is not a production design role. This is a senior creative leadership position responsible for defining, refining, and enforcing a cohesive brand system across packaging, web, paid media, lifecycle, and product.
The ideal candidate has exceptional taste, deep branding instincts, and experience building and evolving high-growth CPG brands in performance-driven environments.
You should have led rebrands, created scalable brand systems, and understand how creative directly impacts perception, conversion, and long-term brand equity.
Responsibilities
Holistic Brand Ownership
Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity and creative directionEstablish and enforce brand standards across all channelsBuild strong product guardrails and ensure cohesive executionMaintain visual consistency across web, packaging, paid, email, and organicRebranding & Brand EvolutionLead full rebrands or major brand refresh initiativesTranslate brand positioning into cohesive visual systemsElevate packaging design, visual hierarchy, and shelf presenceContinuously refine brand perception as the company scalesCreative Execution & SystemsExpert-level proficiency in Figma and modern design systemsDeep experience across website design, packaging, product imagery, and paid creativeBuild scalable creative systems, templates, and workflowsBalance strong aesthetics with clarity, usability, and conversionPerformance-Aware CreativeDesign within performance-driven DTC environments (Meta, paid social, landing pages)Understand how creative influences CTR, CVR, CPA, and overall efficiencyIterate based on data while protecting brand integrityLeadershipLead and develop internal designers and external partnersMaintain high creative standards across the organizationProvide clear direction and elevate overall creative outputRequirements
8+ years in brand design or creative leadership, primarily within CPGExperience operating inside performance-driven DTC businessesProven history of leading rebrands or significant brand evolutionsStrong portfolio demonstrating packaging, web, and paid creative excellenceCurrently operating within a high-growth brand environmentThis is a senior leadership role for someone who understands that creative is both a brand asset and a growth lever — and knows how to build systems that strengthen both.
