We are looking for a CRO Specialist to own and optimize the entire post-click customer journey for a growing DTC brand.
This role will be responsible for improving conversion performance through structured testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven experimentation.
Because the brand operates in a low-LTV, non-subscription category, optimizing first-purchase conversion and upsell funnels is critical. This role will focus heavily on improving revenue per visitor and building high-performing landing page funnels.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives on testing, iteration, and measurable growth.

Conversion Rate Optimization
Own the CRO strategy across the entire post-click journeyImprove conversion rate sitewide and by traffic sourceOptimize Revenue Per Visitor (RPV)Improve Average Order Value (AOV) while maintaining profitabilityOptimize contribution margin through smart testing
Testing & Experimentation
