About this role
Main missions: Support for customers for technical questions about existing or future products and/or services mainly in the residential segment. Preparation of pre-design and material lists for drawing up quotations Informing customers proactively about product changes Maintain network technical contact points at customers Building up knowledge about existing and new products and solutions Internal contact point for product knowledge Proactively communicate new items/innovations within the product portfolio for the BU Residential. Offer support in the realization of residential projects (kick-off meeting, analysis of specifications, proposal, planning, etc.). Provide training and support/back up for the Solar Academy training courses Preparation of complex quotations Management of technical files in SalesForce Requirements A master’s degree in Electro-technics, civil or industrial engineering or similar qualifications Residing in Belgium Minimum 2 years experience in a technical environment Fluent in Dutch and English. Good knowledge of French, German is a plus Stress resistant Great team player Customer-centric attitude
