Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Enter patient demographics, medical histories, diagnoses, medications, and procedures into the system.Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information. Cross-check entries against source documents and correct discrepancies in accordance with audit and documentation standards. Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and all applicable data privacy regulations. Safeguard and maintain confidentiality of all patient health information. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare staff to clarify documentation and ensure data completeness. Ensure timely updates and maintenance of electronic medical records.Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience handling a healthcare accountFamiliar with EMR Tools (Electronic Medical Records)Proficient in using MS ToolsGood verbal and written English skillsMust be willing to work on-site in MakatiAmenable working night shiftsBenefits
