Account specific roles and responsibilitiesDraft, review, and post invoices.Identify and apply correct General Ledger (GL) codes to all transactions. Manage accounts payable activities in compliance with company policies. Provide daily updates to internal counterparts and clients regarding task completion and invoice status. Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.At least 6 months experience in Bookkeeping, General accounting, or similar Knowledge of different accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Good verbal and written English skillsWilling to work onsite in Shaw, MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftBenefits
