You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient service across Europe. What will you do? As the main contact for Turkish and Bulgarian customers, you make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You assist customers with their questions and follow up on their requests You ensure clear communication and accurate case handling You support invoice and payment-related inquiries You keep overview and make sure all administration is correct and up to date You actively think along about improving processes and efficiency Who are we looking for? You are fluent in Turkish, Bulgarian, and English You have experience in a customer-facing role You work accurately and enjoy bringing structure You stay calm under pressure and focus on solutions You are proactive and can work independently
