· Document findings clearly and accurately to support remediation, audit, and regulatory purposes.

· Participate in trend analysis and reporting; highlighting recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

· Maintain ongoing expertise in the mortgage origination process and proactively stay current on regulatory updates and organizational changes.

· Work with business partners as needed to gather information and support resolution.

· Assist with special projects and initiatives to strengthen the Compliance framework.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex or ambiguous incidents.

· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.

· Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft concise, accurate incident summaries.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

· Proven ability to recognize patterns and anomalies in incidents or complaints.
