For the HQ of one our international clients, we are currently looking for a Financial Controller . You will join a dynamic and international finance environment, supporting multiple entities across Europe. This role offers strong exposure to business operations and excellent growth opportunities, both locally and internationally. Your role As a Financial Controller, you act as a key business partner and support management with financial insights and performance analysis. You ensure accurate reporting while proactively identifying risks and opportunities. Your responsibilities include: Analyzing financial results and discussing performance with regional stakeholders Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes Monitoring balance sheet positions and mitigating financial risks Improving financial processes and profitability Acting as a key point of contact for assigned entities Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal procedures Contributing to cost control and ad-hoc financial projects Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or similar Minimum first experience in controlling, finance or consulting Strong analytical mindset and business awareness Solid Excel skills; knowledge of SAP is a plus Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders Fluent in English Belgian Work Permit Proactive, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
