Our client is a leading multinational organization with operations across Europe and beyond. To support its continued growth and strengthen financial governance, the company is looking for a Finance Controller to join its European Headquarters in Mechelen. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in an international environment where you will collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple countries and contribute to strategic decision-making. The Role As Finance Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing financial performance, supporting business decisions, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across the European organization. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to provide valuable insights that drive business performance and continuous improvement. Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Audit, or Corporate Finance. Experience within an international or multinational environment is highly valued. Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is an advantage. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels. Fluent in English. Additional European languages are considered a plus. Proactive, hands-on, and capable of working independently.
