Role OverviewThe Sales & Community Growth Coordinator will manage client-facing communication and support enrollment growth through aligned marketing efforts. Key ResponsibilitiesInstagram Marketing & Advertising● Plan and execute Instagram content strategy● Manage ad campaigns and monitor performance● Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements Client Communication & Sales Support● Respond to inquiries in a warm, empathetic tone● Support prospective students through enrollment● Conduct follow-ups with leads● Maintain CRM and sales tracking systems Student Onboarding & Community Care● Guide new students through onboarding● Ensure smooth communication before and during programs● Maintain supportive, aligned brand voice across touchpoints Brand Tone Stewardship● Embody and protect the brand's gentle, grounded, empathetic voice● Ensure all written communication aligns with Helen's energy and philosophy
