Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Administrative Systems● Set up and manage bookkeeping systems (e.g., Expensify or similar tools)● Track expenses and maintain organized financial records● Support basic reporting and documentation processes Website & Funnel Optimization● Optimize website pages for clarity and conversion● Build and maintain simple marketing funnels● Upload and format course materials Program Administration● Edit and convert teaching materials into polished program assets● Organize digital assets and student resources● Maintain backend systems for group programs Research & Compliance● Conduct preliminary copyright and trademark research● Support documentation for intellectual property protection
