Hva vi ser etter We are looking for someone who: Is passionate about cooking and has an interest in the Nordic cuisine Enjoys working in a small, supportive team Is reliable, organized and has great communication skills Speaks English Arbeidsoppgaver As a chef de partie at Æra, you will prepare meals that are delivered directly to our guests glass cabins, allowing them to enjoy a unique dining experience with the comfort of their accommodation. Our menu focusses on hearthy and Norwegian inspired dishes, including the favorites such as a reindeer stew and fresh salmon. You will work in a small kitchen team where you will need to have good communication with your colleagues from the front desk. We value consistency, teamwork and creating a unique experience for our guests more than serving lots of persons. Your responsibilities includes: Preparing and cooking a la carte dishes Maintaining the food quality and presentation Supporting the daily kitchen operations Following food safety and hygiene regulations Working closely with colleagues to create an excellent guests experience Vi tilbyr Staff accommodation available Joining a friendly and supportive internation team Calm working environment with a focus on quality rather than high volume service Oppertunity to contribute to help develop our menu The chance to live and work in the beautiful surroundings outside Tromsø Om arbeidsgiveren: At Æra Glass Cabins, we offer our guests more than just a place to stay.
