Job Description:
1. Preparation and presentation of financials periodically
2. Periodic compliance & statutory report for stakeholders
3. Revenue recognition on ongoing projects for reporting
4. Coordinating accounts receivable & payables
5. General reconciliation of all ledgers & sub-ledgers
6. Attending to external & internal audit queries/issues
7. Timely remittances of statutory deductions
8. Establishing VFM on professional engagement with consultants
9. Driving effectiveness & efficiency for the division
10. Aging analysis reconciliations
Requirements
1. A BSC degree in Accounting /Finance & ACA
2. Experience working in the Real Estate industry is an added advantage

Salary: 600,000 – 800,000 Net
