We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter to support our outreach efforts. This role focuses on daily outbound communication via email and Instagram to generate qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities:Send 30–40 outreach messages or more per day (email & Instagram DM) from existing leadsEngage prospects and follow up consistently Conduct outreach to developers, agents, designers, architects, and brands across California and Middle East.Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team Maintain clear communication and update outreach tracking systems Occasionally hop on a call if needed (no heavy cold-calling required)Requirements
Strong written communication skills Comfortable working EST hours Confident and not afraid to pick up calls when required Organized and consistent with daily outreach targets Real estate agent background is a plus
