Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Post job advertisements on various job boards using approved templates. Review incoming applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct brief screening interviews (phone or virtual) to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and fit. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and screening outcomes in the applicant tracking system (ATS). dd qualified candidates to a “potential” pipeline for future placement opportunities. Communicate candidate availability and market insights to recruiters. Ensure timely follow-up with applicants and maintain a positive candidate experience. Support recruiters by providing a steady flow of pre-screened candidates for open roles.Requirements
At least 6 months experience as an HR / Recruitment experienceFresh Grads are welcome to apply! (Psychology, Human Resource, or any related course)BPO Experience is a PLUS!Good working knowledge with MS toolsProficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, V-LOOKUP)Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written English skillsAttention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.Wiling to work onsite in Mandaluyong Amenable working night shiftsBenefits
