Account specific roles and responsibilities Perform eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalizations, and procedures. Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any missing information. Following up on unpaid claims within the standard billing cycle timeframe. Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary Identifying and billing secondary or tertiary insurances.
Job Description:
Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat). Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc. Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience handling US Healthcare Insurance Experience with claims, denials, appeals Strong problem-solving skills Adaptability to a changing work environment Ability to remain calm under pressure Good verbal and written English skills Willing to work onsite in Makati Amenable working night shifts Benefits
