You’ll be joining a team of super motivated, detail oriented, and efficient people who are looking to improve all things related to money movement. As well as finding improvements to existing processes. This team manages all manual money movement requests, as well as the day to day functionality of our existing internal transfer and funding products. This team moves quickly and efficiently, looking for ways to utilize tooling and resources to find efficiencies in all aspects of the role. We work in tandem with our CX partners to best assist our clients.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
Operational excellence: You can manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks based on their impact and urgency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional Operational teams and Client experience teams.
Internal transfer and funding expertise: Cultivate a deep knowledge on the internal transfers. deposit, withdrawals, bill payments and wires
Process Evolution & Adaptability: Adapt to our evolving service and build processes to support the evolution of the team and our clients.
Technical Analysis & Optimization: Utilize SQL, Data and other AI tooling to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions that improve the efficiency of our back office operation teams
What you’ll bring:
Client Success / Operations Experience - experience in client experience or operations, practice in supporting backend processes (driving efficiency is considered an asset).
Data and Analytics - strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
Experience with Google Sheets and docs.
Action Orientation - a clear bias for action and the ability to act without being told what to do. You take full ownership over work and seek help and input when needed.
Prioritization & Problem Solving - you know how to break down complex problems and identify root causes. You know how to balance what needs to be done with what’s possible to do. You understand the scope of an issue and its priority.
Document processes, configurations, and solutions to build our knowledge base.
